拉丁舞基本功：拉丁伦巴基本功解析

伦巴起源于古巴，音乐为4/4拍，节奏是，two，three，four，one。每个数字站一拍。速度每分钟27小节左右。伦巴舞的特点是：音乐缠绵，舞态柔美，舞步动作婀娜款摆。本文主要介绍的是拉丁伦巴基本功解析。

舞姿与舞步：要收腹、挺胸、臀部后抻、上身前冲，运步中膝盖弯曲抬腿，脚落地后都应将腿伸直，运步的着力点在前脚掌上(不是在脚跟上)。

运步是抬腿不要过高，前进时脚尖稍稍地擦地前进，然后脚掌落地，再脚跟落地，脚跟落地后膝盖立即伸直;整个身体向前倾，像被人推着往前走。后退时脚尖轻轻擦地后退，落地时脚掌先落地，然后脚跟落地;脚跟落地后膝盖立即伸直，身体仍向前倾。

胯部动作：扭跨是伦巴中非常优美而又有特点的动作。它向左前、左旁、左后、右前、右旁、右后呈横S 行横向扭动。在扭跨时，上身要有拉撑的感觉，不能坐胯。在每一次落脚后都有一个出胯动作，或是先出胯后动腿。可以说从舞蹈开始到结束，扭跨动作始终连绵不断地进行着。

音乐节奏：采用4/4拍的音乐(每一分钟28-31小节)。速度比较缓慢，节奏比较平稳。曲调抒情缠绵，并略带忧伤。

舞步节拍是Q Q S ，也就是快 快 慢，用4拍音乐完成三个步子。

伦巴有一个非常重要的特点：先出胯、后出步。这样舞步的节拍和音乐节奏间形成了一种交叉。因此在跳伦巴时要学会在音乐的第一拍出胯，第二拍出步。数拍时可数2、3、4、1。
