曾轶可抄袭许嵩星座书上么？

　　曾轶可：只不过有些相似而已

　　曾轶可凭借特色的娃娃音和原创歌曲晋级快女全国18强，《狮子座》成为曾轶可最受关注的参赛歌曲。近日，网友曝料，曾轶可的原创歌曲其实是抄袭内地歌手许嵩的《星座书上》，昨日记者采访了曾轶可，她对此表示否认，称《狮子座》和《星座书上》只是在前段的伴奏上和前两句歌词上有点相似，高潮部分完全不一样。

　　曾轶可透露，高中的时候学过一个半月的吉他，大学虽然是学英语翻译，但很爱好音乐，于是开始创作歌曲，09快女启动后，她报名快女沈阳唱区后，写下《狮子座》，“《狮子座》跟《星座书上》只不过有些相似而已，我可以对天发誓，《狮子座》是我的原创歌曲，这首歌也是写给我的一个朋友的。”曾轶可希望网友能好好地去听《狮子座》，并打趣地“反讽”问网友：“我的星座是摩羯座，难道我的星座是抄袭《摩羯座》（周杰伦的新专辑）吗？”

　　许嵩的《星座书上》发表于08年，而曾轶可称《狮子座》创作于09快女报名时，而两首歌“惊人”的相似，这的确让人产生“联想”。面对网友的质疑，曾轶可表示很久前就知道许嵩，很欣赏许嵩的歌曲，也曾听过许嵩的《星座书上》。但曾轶可否认抄袭：“乐谱只有7个音符，音阶只有低、中、高，歌曲相似难免，但歌曲相似并不代表抄袭。

　　最讨厌曾轶可

《狮子座》是抄袭《天际》。《狮子座》“抄袭事件”愈演愈烈，已有专家将此首歌曲的创作定义为“抄袭”。中国音乐著作权协会的工作人员日前告诉记者:“按照国际惯例，只要旋律超过8小节雷同，不论创作者有心或无意，皆视为抄袭。”

对于曾轶可《狮子座》的抄袭之说，音著协表示暂时还没有收到原创作人的起诉。陕西省交响乐团的青年作曲家付明在听了《天际》和《狮子座》两首作品后说：“两首歌曲的旋律走向很像，动机基本一样，在节奏上只有细微的不同，音乐的主干是一样的，骨架也一样，所以旋律很相像。”

对于“抄袭”之说付明也表示:“8小节以上的雷同肯定是有的，因为这两首歌曲的旋律都很简单，8小节以上雷同就很容易听出来。但音乐创作不像其他创作，就那么几个音，所以不排除有巧合的可能。”

但西安音乐学院的彭媛娣教授认为，“如果是偶尔听过，顶多是在风格和曲风上一样，这么大面积的雷同，那肯定是抄袭的。而且在没有听过一首作品的情况下，能创作出相似度很高的作品，可能性就更加微乎其微。”　天娱艺人总监日前表示,专辑还在继续录制。只是《狮子座》已暂停录制。
