极限挑战里也有LAY。在为腾讯地图背书后，微博中发布的文案被网友发现：“点击LAY发布微博文案如下”。后来LAY删了微博重新发布。很多人认为这是对品牌的不尊重。接着，LAY的粉丝纷纷澄清：“LAY每天都在录音，是工作人员发的。”他还说这种明星的广告博客都是工作人员发的，没什么大惊小怪的，并呼吁大家多关注LAY的第三张个人专辑。

同一天，罗家英也发布了“艺人转发文案如下”的微博。此外，罗家英非常真诚，并发布了其他艺术家的宣传文案。网友评论：“罗家英的微博太搞笑了，这么老的人玩微博系列”，“莹嘉兄弟，你这么真诚，就发你自己这部分稿子吧”。后来，罗家英删除了这条微博，发表了自己的观点。

其实名人发错文案是很常见的。很多时候，他们无意打理微博，会让工作人员代为发送。但是，我相信，如果你小心的话，这些尴尬的事情是不会发生的。

关于苹果的售后。是央视315当天组织的。我在微博里找了10个当红明星，评论打假之类的，然后不知道何润东怎么了。我发微博评论的时候直接复制粘贴，发了一句“8点20分左右”，暴露了自己的身份。

每年的央视315晚会都是经济民生新闻的焦点。2013年，央视315晚会在北京举行。晚会的主题是“我的权益我做主”。晚会上，苹果在华售后政策歧视、大众DSG变速箱故障、安卓手机软件窃取用户信息等问题被曝光。晚会闭幕后，引来无数网友的热议，其中不乏加“V”认证用户。其中，网络热词“大约8:20”是由著名影星何润东的一条微博引发的。微博称，“苹果售后居然玩了那么多‘果粉’的把戏，很受伤。乔大人，你这样做对吗？你对得起那些卖肾的少年吗？真的是扒手。大概8点20分。”无独有偶，当晚，网络红人“留几手”、作家郑等名人也在微博上以“#315在行动#”为标签发表了“攻击”苹果的言论。事件发生后，何润东立即删除微博，并声称微博账号被盗，但这种缺乏说服力的言论甚至引起了“信任”的声音。除了一批不诚信企业或产品被曝光，晚会的“副产品”也持续发酵：晚会曝光苹果在中国售后服务存在双重标准，涉嫌消费者歧视后，何润东发微博声讨苹果售后服务。文末他说“大概8点20分发”是穿帮，疑似被安排发布。站在风口浪尖的何润东昨晚表示，微博被“盗用”了。
