breaking out of the box 是什么意思?

盒子模式，就像鸟儿在笼子里面叫，但是声音却能再外面听到。

这个意思，就是这里说的打破盒子。而CSS里面有一个叫做盒子模式的技术。

关于CSS的盒子模式，我们可以做很多事情。在处理背景时，你能了解很多实践性东西，或许你会因为的边界而变得有点疯狂。这些，都会在CSS的艺术和技术中详细的探讨，我是这本书的撰写者。在这本书里，我们会把我们讨论的问题，肯定会用最短的途径来解释，希望这能引起你有趣的想法，接着去去尝试（和摆脱CSS设计是乏味的想法）。因此，享受这个，仔细看书，也可以看一些你喜欢的使用盒子模式技术的站点。

LRG 号称美国街头代表品牌的ＬＲＧ，LRG(Lifted Research Group) 创立于1999,URBAN style接近于HIPHOP SYTLEAVIREX 创立于1975PELLE PELLE 创立于1978,起初做皮草生意起家,然后渐渐地转形于HIPHIP OUTWEAR 。LGR的设计风格就是这种田野式的草原风格，很另类，也很漂亮，长颈鹿也是他们重要的设计元素之一。

FUBU，在美国东岸象征着黑人帮派的一个服饰品牌，只有属于帮派的人，方可以穿上这个品牌，或许是他们想表现出他们的与众不同吧!!不过却也因为黑人为Hip-Hop文化的发源者，而使得FUBU这个品牌散发著浓烈的Hip-Hop气息。现在不仅是在美国，在世界很多国家的时尚圈内FUBU都被评为国际知名品牌中的一个。

ECKO，来自美国的街头服饰大品牌！全球有不计其数的年轻人热爱着ecko这个品牌，年轻，张扬，特立独行，叛逆，酷！充满了年轻一代想要的理念。

DICKIES，迪凯思 (Dickies) 又称为Williamson-Dickie，是美国工装、休闲装品牌。迪凯思 (Dickies) 也是艾薇儿 (Avril Lavigne) 最喜爱的品牌之一。迪凯思 (Dickies) 主打20-35岁年龄段的潮流达人，Dickies工装裤、Dickies背带裤、Dickies连体服、Dickies帽衫在年轻人中颇有人气，街舞者使用众多。

不过你到店里打听卖家都知道这些牌子的或是找到相应的专卖店，请根据自己情况合适选择购买吧。

很多人在练习飞机撑的时候觉得很难，他们经常会支撑一段时间然后就塌了下来，还有的人会觉得手臂痛。要做好飞机撑，首先必须要有足够的臂力，还有腰力，另外就是要把握好自己的重心，平衡性要好。练习飞机撑需要注意一下几点。

第一，要加强力量的练习，这个是基础。没有臂力、腰力就别谈做飞机撑。所以一定要先把力量练出来。尽量每天做俯卧撑来练习臂力。

第二，要练好自己的平衡感。有了力量不是就能做飞机撑的，你还要有很好的平衡协调能力。街舞中有很多技巧都并不是要靠蛮力来进行的，例如托马斯，并不是要求有很大的力量，而是靠惯性，主要还是你找到技巧，而飞机撑这个的技巧必须要掌握平衡。所以平时要加强协调性的练习。

第三，掌握好重心。当手臂支撑身体平衡时，脚要尽量的往上提，初学时两腿尽可能的张开，头要往下压，把重心前移，头、两只手要成形成三角形，这样才能更好的支撑起你的身体。

学街舞是一个长期，辛苦的事情，但不是光用功就行的。想学好街舞的你在学街舞之前一定要掌握一些基本的技巧和练习步骤。下面我给你介绍的一些方法是练习街舞必练的基本功，下面的街舞练习不但可以练到手臂肌肉使你的肌肉越来越发达，还可以练系个人的平衡能力，这些对以后的街舞学习都是非常的重要。

练习步骤：

⒈ 直立，两臂前上举。

⒉ 接着上体前屈，两手向前撑地(最好与肩等宽)，稍含胸，一脚蹬地，另腿后摆（我一般 是左脚蹬地，右腿后摆）。

⒊ 当摆动腿摆至垂直上方时，蹬地腿向摆动腿并拢（腰要直），脚尖向上顶。

街舞高手心得

（一定要仔细酝酿，很有帮助哦）：

双手倒立时要有一种感觉，就是把浑身力量都集中到两手上，这样有助于保持平衡。如果重心向前，手指要用力顶住，同时稍微抬头来拉肩。如果重心向后，就掌根用力，使一股力量冲向肩膀。

要点：

⒈ 使身体重心落在支撑面的中心

⒉ 手不要向外张开

⒊ 两个手的支撑位置要和肩膀一样宽

注意事项：

向背后倒怎么办？可以把脖子一缩，打个滚。或者松开一只手，使重心转移到另一只手上，接着身体一转，从侧面脚着地（这个方法很管用）。

这有一定难度，对于刚开始的读者应先找一面墙，练习靠墙的倒立。先要离墙近点，面对墙倒立反复做，体会蹬摆，顶肩以及回落技术。刚开始是可能会“脑充血”，不要害怕，这很正常，在我认识的人中几乎都这样，多练习就好了。

刚你刚贴墙的时候身体总是成一个弧型，腹部挺出来。这是由于你腰部无力的原因，要多做仰卧起做；当你贴墙倒立能坚持一段时间后，就要练习让脚渐渐离墙；双手离墙20cm左右，掌根用力，使双脚瞪到垂直上方；当要掉下来时手指用力顶，使双脚靠在墙上。这样不断的离开墙壁，回去，离开，回去。练平衡的感觉。

那么倒立要练到什么程度呢？

倒立也是breakin的起步，等到能离墙倒立后，就可以学习其他简单的动作了。
