当然我也知道表白被拒绝，刚开始其实是很尴尬的，毕竟向对方表明了自己的心意以后，肯定是想要听到一个答应自己的答案的，但是对方拒绝了你的心意，一时间也不知道该说什么比较好。但是我想你在表白之前应该是做好这个心理准备的。毕竟不是说所有的表白都一定会有结果，大部分情况下都表白都是无告而终的。

表白失败之后，我也知道在那里站也不是、坐也不是，但是如果说你什么话都不说就转身离开的话，这会让你表白的那个人很尴尬的。虽然是他拒绝的你，但是他内心深处肯定也不希望你们的关系就这么闹僵了。

所以我个人建议，在被对方拒绝了之后，你可以故作轻松的说一句：哎呀，没什么大不了的之类的话，尽量的让对方感觉到他的拒绝，不会对你造成太大的影响，不然他是会很自责的。虽然我也知道你心里肯定会很难过，但是表面上的功夫尽量还是要做到，尽量还是表现的轻松一些。

只有这样你们之间的关系才有可能不会那么的尴尬，如果说你真的在那里待不下去的话，你可以找一个借口说自己有事或者是其他什么理由先离开，其实大家都明白，但是在这种情况下没有一个人会戳破，毕竟都会照顾你受伤的心灵的。这个时候你离开其实也不用考虑优不优雅了，大大方方的走开，只要不是狼狈的逃走就可以。
