严格来说，直接用"How to do something"这样的句子，在语法上是不太对的。

除非用从句，I don't know how to do something

至于楼主提的问题，我个人比较偏向于用下面这个说法：

How can I express my love to you

或者如果一定要用“how to”句式的话，可以说：

I just don't know how to express my love to you

其实如果你不太确信某个说法是否地道的话，可以把这个句子用引号括起来放到谷歌里面去搜索看看返回结果的数量。如果返回结果多，说明这个句子还算正常，很多人都在用；否则有可能那个句子是 存在问题的。
